MOFCOM expects China will remain a top global recipient of inward foreign direct investment (FDI) even as the country works to improve the quality of inward FDI (IFDI). China’s Ministry of Finance promises that China will provide a level playing field in government procurement to foreign goods and services providers are concerned.
